When I was diagnosed with cancer of the kidney back in September, my world almost crashed but I rejected the news and ran out of the hospital, the hospital kept calling and eventually, I went back. My consultant told me that I was lucky because they found it in time but my right kidney was gone, engulfed with cancer (8.4cm) he said there was something unusual about it, that tumour that big and not spreading, something had confined it in place, then he asked me, did you change your diet, your lifestyle, there must be something that you change recently that has had an impact on the cancer. I said it was my Redeemer Jesus who brought me into contact with Eden Health who changed my eating habits to a healthy one. I met Eden Health at a function and engaged with them, I was invited for a consultation and taught how to eat healthy. We cooked different foods and different things just for a token and she told me where to buy stuff too, that was how my journey began. I most tell you it was very difficult to let go of all those junk that I loved. But I was determined to take some drastic change and I didn’t know why at that point only for me to know later that Olowogbogboro was at work, my children and husband laughed at me. To cut my long story short my consultant said I have to remove the kidney immediately, I agreed and it was taken out, I went through hell but I am well now, still following my healthy eating, I even asked Bola to cook quinoa for me when I was on the sick bed. The good news I got this January was that I’m 💯percent cleared of cancer no more follow ups. I just thank God and I thank the day I met Eden Health, what can I say, the mercies of God will continually be your portion, thank you so much. Now you will never see me eat junk, I am introducing it into my home gradually. If you have been in my position before you will understand what it means when you are told you have cancer, please don’t wait until you are told, start now and stay faithful to yourself. I want to use this opportunity to say thank you to Eden Health, I am short of words because I don’t know where to start. I was diagnosed or wrongly diagnosed with ovarian cancer stage 3 in March 2019, crying my eyes out that day a friend introduced me to Eden Health, who not only took me in as a client but as a sister, she did a scan for me and to my surprise the scan showed almost everything the doctors said was wrong with me, but the advantage was that the scan showed me the things my body needed to feel better. After 2 weeks they found out that what I had wasn’t ovarian cancer but another type of cancer and needed a 14-hour surgery and was told that I would have to lose 12 organs to be able to have a chance to live. Bola stood with me through it all, she helped change my life style, prayed always with and encouraged me. Told me she will do anything in her power to help me and that with God on our side we will be successful. Today I am doing really well after the surgery, doctors said I couldn’t do anything till after 3/6 months, but with all the changes I have made with my life style, my recovering is shocking everybody and she is still helping me to follow the right path. I was diagnosed with leukaemia in November 2018 and have been in hospital for 7 weeks for the first chemo run. It was when I came home for 3 weeks break that a friend of mine introduced me to Eden Health and since then we have been on this journey together. A scan was done and found out what I needed to change in what I was eating. I started with some juices and vitamins and some advice on what to eat and what to avoid. The first run of chemo was not successful but since I started following religiously the advice and with the grace of God the following two runs of chemo went well and objectives were reached. The journey went then to the transplant which also went well although I suffered from some side effects all was good in the end by the grace of God. I am now in a restoration phase where I am building up my immune system. My last bone marrow showed a complete remission. I am still under Eden Health care and I am so pleased and I thank God for allowing me to know Eden Halth. I pray that Eden Health grows and God uses them to help more people. I am so grateful and will always praise the Lord for Eden Health.

My son was diagnosed with Adhd and Autism in 2016 when he was 6 years old and his school was constantly complaining they couldn’t manage him. He was first placed on medication and the results were not satisfactory.

I want to return all the glory to God for restoring my health and connecting me to Eden health. Seven months ago I was diagnosed with right breast cancer, I had three different lumps(G2, G1), further scans had shown liver and lung lesions which meant medically I would need total mastectomy, chemotherapy and Radiation. That was the doctors report but I held on God’s reports, which says I’m well, and healed by the blood of Jesus. I immediately went to see Eden health and did a scan which highlighted the minerals and vitamins missing in my body, they recommended a detox programme, juicing and supplementing on the vitamins and mineral highlighted in the machine. they told me about healthy eating and choosing the right anti cancer foods and supplements. I thank God for Eden Health’s commitment to their clients, we did food shopping and cooking lesson, they continued encouraging and supporting me spiritually and physically. After I completed the detox and changing my diet, I had a repeat scan at the hospital and the lesions had disappeared, and the breast lumps reduced, I only needed to have them removed not the whole breast, and in six months declared cancer free without the use of chemotherapy. Permit me to say that I was blessed the day I met Bola.
My ailment started about 4 years ago when I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. I was devastated at the news. I have since then used many medications…
However, I met Bola in August 2017 during the flare-up period of the disease. Mine started with a skin eruption.
Immediately we met, she told me to bring pen and paper, and she listed all the foods, vegetables and fruits that I should be eating.
I followed her advice and I even drew a food timetable for myself. It was very difficult for me at first. She also adviced that I avoid stress and try to get enough sleep. All these I followed and I am used to them now. I must confess that I have experienced tremendous improvement since.
Although according to what we have read, autoimmune disease has no cure, but there is nothing incurable by God because He is a great Physician. He will cure me and everyone of us IJN. Also we should take time and look after ourselves and ask for help especially concerning our health. I pray that I will have an opportunity to share my testimony and show you my pictures when my healing is complete IJMN.

I came to Eden Health with a thousand and one health problems, Bola had approached me previously to advise me but at the time I was not keen as I was still applying my own supposed solutions. I had the following health challenges: –
1. Overweight
2. High blood pressure
3. Arthritis
4. Insomnia
5. Generalised body pain of unknown cause.
6. Sleep apnoea.
7. High cholesterol.
8. Swollen feet.
I came back from holidays from America in July 2016 and even though I was overweight before, my weight steadily increased despite diets and exercises of all sorts. I even enrolled for swimming classes all to no avail.
It was then I remembered my sister’s offer and went back to her in November 2016. She talked me through a few things and took my initial measurements. The rest is history.
Within 3 weeks of starting on my new lifestyle, the body pains began to slowly disappear. Prior to that, I could not go through the day without popping painkillers. The last time I touched them was November 2016. I could not sleep without waking up with a headache, but not anymore. The sleep apnoea is gone. I can sleep with minimal effort; that is a miracle. Putting one foot in front of another was an ordeal, but now I jump up and down like a teenager. I can run up and down my stairs easily.
I was on several medications from the GP for high cholesterol and high blood pressure, but the side effects were killing me slowly; they only added to the pain. Now I am on half the dosage every other day, not even daily.
Within 4 months I dropped 5kg in weight. I would have lost more but winter came and I was not doing my evening walks because of the cold weather so I limited my exercise to the exercise bicycle indoors. My swollen feet disappeared as well.
All of these came by changing my diet, eating habits, exercising and educating myself on healthy foods; no medications whatsoever. I have never felt as good as this and I know it will get even better. I return all the glory to God and I thank Eden Health for being the instrument He used.

I’ve had a terrible cold this week but thanks to the Eden Health cold remedy (Zobo with ginger, lemon, turmeric, garlic, black pepper and pineapple boiled together) I’m feeling so much better already.
This year, I also resumed my stretching exercises to strengthen my lower back to reduce stiffness💪🏾

Dear all I want to share my testimonies to the glory of God and also to encourage someone. I have not taken my blood pressure tablets for little over two weeks now and my blood pressure has been normal ever since. I check it three times a day at home and our clinic in the camp and it’s been normal. I give all the glory to God Almighty and a big thanks to Eden Health. I am not finished yet. Two days ago I went for a check up and to the glory of God my cholesterol level has dropped considerably from what it used to be. I am hoping by the grace of God it would further drop to where I desire it to be. Thanks to God and Eden Health again. I constantly drink zobo drink, add ginger, garlic, turmeric and other fruits and spices to my diet daily and with God, I have seen a great improvement in my health by these indicators. I encourage everyone to continue the health lifestyles and God will perfect every other thing.

Dear all this is just to share my testimony as I thought it would encourage someone. Based on the advise of from Eden Health about healthy eating and exercises, I have lost 16kg in a short period of time. I did not believe it  when I got on the scale. I even asked if that reading was correct. The reading was taken the second time and was still 16kg. I am very happy and encouraged to continue with healthy eating and exercise till I achieve my desired goal and maintain it. When I was taken around my garden by Eden health staff, she said whoa! There are so many things you can feed on e.g. you can eat your plantain in 4 various ways, there were various leaves that were not known to me as a vegetable and as medicine, but since then I have been using them as food and also as medicine and a great relieve came into my system. Before encountering Eden health I had been struggling with anxiety and had trouble focusing which was an issue as a medical student since a lot of attention to detail and focus is required for my course. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in 2019 and after months of using medication my blood sugar reading was still over 10mmol/L.
I was advised to start using insulin to control my blood sugar, at that point, I had a consultation with Eden Health and I was able to change my diet and daily routine. I stopped the insulin injections immediately and I have been able to manage my blood sugar.

“Hello everyone. I want to share my testimony with you about my chronic toothache. For two years I was suffering with intense pain in my teeth. I also had two teeth extracted.
