I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes in 2019 and after months of using medication my blood sugar reading was still over 10mmol/L.
I was advised to start using insulin to control my blood sugar, at that point, I had a consultation with Eden Health and I was able to change my diet and daily routine. I stopped the insulin injections immediately and I have been able to manage my blood sugar.
